The new Lprobe® sensors change the way to do AFM. With a constant aspect ratio, a half-angle <9° and a tip length up to 90µm, we give you access to new imageable area. Both cantilever and tip are fabricated in monolithic single crystal silicon.

The Lprobe has demonstrated s-SNOM imaging in both mid-infrared and Terahertz range.

Made in France by Vmicro using our extensive MEMS processing know-how.

We proposed our first model with the following variations: 2 cantilevers, 4 tip lengths and 4 different coating options.
